ARPE Bylaws

The ARPE program requires a minimum of 9 months of research in a laboratory abroad, which must take place between October and August. Students who completed a long-term internship abroad during their M1 or M2 may split the ARPE year into two periods abroad, but the total duration must be at least 10 months, with at least 6 months spent at the same location. The month of September is spent at the School. It is used to prepare for departure and includes evaluations.

For the 2024–2025 academic year, the ARPE defense presentations will take place on August 27 and 28, 2025, in Room 1Z61.

An informational meeting will be held on September 8, 2025, followed by a project follow-up meeting on September 22 (in Room 1N82).
